Hosted by Wellington College on Thursday 28th November the 2019 Wellington Junior Ki o Rahi Regionals saw a number of teams across Boys, Girls and Mixed grade participate!

Boys
Wellington College moved through the day only losing one game during pool play by 1 point to St Bernards before meeting Porirua College in the final and beating them 17 - 9.
Winner: Wellington College
Runner Up: Porirua College
2019 Junior Ki o Rahi Regionals in Wellington
Girls
The all girls grade was again dominated by two teams from St Marys College, going through the pool play with only St Marys 2 losing to St Marys 1 by a couple points. They met again in the finals with St Marys 1 winning 14 - 9.
Winner: St Marys College
Runner Up: St Marys College
In 3rd and 4th Marsden beat Wellington East 19 - 8.

Mixed
The mixed grade saw 8 teams gather together from Tawa College, Raphael House Rudolf Steiner, Naenae College, Wellington East/Wellington College (combined), Mana College, Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Ara Whanui and Bishop Viard College.
2019 Junior Ki o Rahi Regionals in Wellington
Teams were split across two pools of 4 with each pool playing 3 games before a cross over for semi finals.
Tawa Blue played Tawa Gold with Tawa Blue winning 24 - 4.
Mana played Naenae College with Mana winning 35 - 5.
In the final Mana College beat Tawa Blue 23 points to 12.
Winner: Mana College
Runner Up: Tawa College(Blue)
