Results - 2019 Aoraki Junior Ki o Rahi

Friday 22nd November saw the Aoraki Junior Ki o Rahi Tournament take place at Caroline Bay in Timaru.

The competition brought together Year 5 & 6, 7 & 8 and 9 & 10 students from around local schools in the region.

In the Year 5 & 6 grade - teams from Pleasant Point, Barton and Geraldine competed.

In the Year 7 & 8 grade - teams from Barton, Waimate, Pleasant Point and St Joes took part.

And in the Year 9 & 10 grade - teams from Mountainview, Roncalli and Waitaki played.

The Year 5 & 6 competition saw the Barton Swifts play the Pleasant Point Mud Dogs with Pleasant Point coming out as champions.

The Year 7 & 8 competition saw St Joes Whero face off against St Joes Kowhai with St Joes Kowhai getting the win.

The Year 9 & 10 competition saw Waitaki play against Mountainview with Waitaki winning!
